Staff Product Designer

Scale AI is seeking a Senior/Staff Product Designer to lead design for their Public Sector business unit, focusing on AI-powered decision support tools for government and defense clients. This forward-deployed role requires working directly on-site with customers to shape mission-critical workflows into user-friendly experiences and collaborating closely with engineers.

• Own end-to-end design for government/defense products
• Partner directly with Product from project inception
• Work forward-deployed on-site with government customers
• Design complex, data-dense workflows and interfaces
• Collaborate directly with engineers on code
• Contribute to platform design assets and interaction patterns
