Graphic Designer

Berkadia is seeking a Graphic Designer to create marketing materials and sales collateral for their Investment Sales Producers. This role involves designing various real estate marketing assets, managing project timelines, and collaborating with internal teams in a hybrid environment.

• Design real estate marketing materials including proposals, offering memorandums, brochures, and flyers
• Create graphics for text, numerical data, maps, and infographics
• Manage project tasks and deliverables with research, email, and digital marketing teams
• Utilize and augment branding elements for custom property marketing
• Advanced skills in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, and PowerPoint
• Experience in editorial design and formatting for medium to long length publications
