Lead Product Designer - AI and Platform Experience

As a Lead Product Designer, you will shape the future of Cisco's enterprise platform by designing AI-powered experiences that connect multiple product lines. You'll work end-to-end, from strategy to execution, to create scalable, unified, and intelligent user journeys across the Cisco ecosystem. This role offers a unique opportunity to define how users interact with AI within a high-visibility, next-generation platform.

• Design and evolve platform frameworks connecting multiple Cisco products
• Define and deliver AI-powered, agentic, and generative UI experiences
• Apply enterprise platform thinking to create scalable, modular systems
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Research to influence product direction
• Champion strong interaction design, visual craft, and prototyping
