Sr User Experience Designer

As a Senior User Experience Designer at Blackbaud, you will craft innovative, data-driven web-based software solutions that empower users to achieve their social good missions. You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams throughout the entire product development lifecycle, from problem framing to solution validation.
