UX-designer

Telia Norge is seeking a UX Designer to own and evolve their design system across three brands: Telia, OneCall, and MyCall. This role treats the design system as a product, focusing on strategy, structure, and long-term development to ensure adoption, efficiency, and scalability. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other designers to define architecture, components, and best practices, while exploring new technologies like AI.

• Own and develop the design system as a product across Telia, OneCall, and MyCall
• Define architecture, structure, components, design tokens, and principles
• Ensure close connection between design and code, from Figma to implementation
• Drive standardization and consistency in digital customer experiences
• Establish and anchor best practices for component-based design
• Monitor adoption, usage, and impact of the system
