Director, Product Experience Design

Mastercard is seeking a Director of Product Experience Design to lead the evolution of enterprise product onboarding strategies. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, consistent, and user-centered onboarding experiences across their product portfolio, focusing on improving usability and driving adoption.

• Design and deliver user experiences for product onboarding capabilities
• Translate complex workflows into clear, intuitive user journeys
• Partner with Product Managers, TPMs, and Engineering teams
• Incorporate user research and feedback into design decisions
