About this role
As a Senior Designer, you will shape the loyalty experience across Fanatics' digital sports platform, focusing on rewarding customer engagement. You'll own end-to-end design for key features like rewards and FanCash, contributing to our design system and raising the bar for design quality within a fast-paced, mobile-first environment.
What we are looking for 6
- Own end-to-end design for loyalty features including rewards, FanCash, and Fanatics ONE
- Contribute to and leverage the Fanatics design system
- Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers within a dedicated pod
- Prototype extensively, including using AI tools, to validate designs
- 4+ years of product design experience with a focus on loyalty or membership programs
- Experience designing for mobile-first, consumer-facing applications
