Associate Creative Director - Design

MERGE is seeking an Associate Creative Director of Design to lead visual narratives for a major QSR client. You will be responsible for high-level creative vision, design systems, and hands-on execution across digital and physical touchpoints, ensuring a consistent and premium brand presence.

• Shape digital and physical visual narrative for a fast-paced retail account
• Lead design for digital touchpoints, retail environments, and integrated campaigns
• Produce high-quality assets for digital and animated menu boards, packaging, and signage
• Apply design systems across various touchpoints for cohesive execution
• Collaborate with client-side teams to create best-in-class UX/UI experiences
• Guide and inspire other designers
