Associate - Graphic Designer

Novartis is seeking a Graphic Designer to create high-quality visual assets for digital, print, and multichannel platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate creative briefs into compelling designs that align with brand guidelines and enhance customer engagement.

• Design and develop creative assets across digital, social, email, print, and presentations
• Translate creative briefs and brand requirements into visually compelling designs
• Ensure deliverables align with global and local brand guidelines
• Adapt and localize creative assets for different markets
• Collaborate with Art Directors, Content, Strategy, and Marketing teams
• Stay updated on design trends and AI-enabled tools
