Director, AI Experience Design Lead

Lead the design of Pfizer's AI experiences, establishing and evolving an AI-first design system. You will build and manage a team responsible for the look, sound, and behavior of AI across the enterprise, ensuring consistency and compliance through design standards as code.

• Own and evolve Pfizer's AI-first design system
• Deliver design standards as code (tokens, patterns, components)
• Track adoption and retire underperforming patterns
• Lead a team of experience designers
• Act as design authority for agentic and conversational AI
• Partner with AI, Data, Product, and Engineering teams
