Senior Product Designer, Monetization

Roblox is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the future of monetization by designing their Ads Platform and Tooling. This role involves creating complex, scalable systems that benefit both advertisers and creators, balancing player experience, creator opportunity, and brand value.

• Define UX strategy and design direction for Roblox’s Ads Platform and tooling
• Design and evolve complex, end-to-end experiences for advertisers and creators
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, and Data Science
• Use data and intuition to identify opportunities and validate design direction
• Prototype and iterate on complex interactions in Figma, Ai prototyping tool, and Roblox Studio
• Contribute to design culture through mentorship and critique
