HNTB is seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join their marketing team in Milwaukee, WI. This role involves creating print and digital assets for proposals, presentations, and communications, managing digital assets, and mentoring junior designers. The position requires strong design software proficiency, leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Create print and digital materials for proposals, presentations, and communications
• Manage and organize digital assets
• Mentor lower-level designers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint
• Experience in AEC industry preferred
