Principal, Art Director - Remote - US

DEPT® is seeking a Principal Art Director to lead visual creative for a key client, focusing on digital, social, and video content. This hands-on role requires strong conceptual thinking, design instincts, and experience with video-first campaigns and generative AI tools. You will collaborate with copywriters and report to the Creative Director, ensuring design excellence and performance-driven execution across multiple channels.

• Concept and design best-in-class creative across digital, social, and video
• Support video and content production, including pre-production and on-set shoots
• Partner with copywriters, strategists, producers, and client teams
• Own creative execution from end to end, delivering on-brand assets
• Utilize advanced generative AI platforms for creative production
• Develop native short-form video content and paid ads for social media
