Senior Graphic Designer (Remote)

ICF is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to create impactful visual designs across digital, social, print, and campaign systems. You will develop brand identities, design systems, and cohesive brand experiences, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive change for clients in areas like public health and climate. This remote role requires a strong eye for detail, typography, and a portfolio showcasing your design expertise.

• Design across digital, social, print, and campaign systems
• Develop and extend visual identities, brand guidelines, and design systems
• Create layouts with strong typography, hierarchy, and composition
• Build cohesive brand systems across type, image, motion, and illustration
• Partner with art directors, writers, strategists, and production teams
• 7 or more years of experience in an agency or studio environment
