Freelance Product Designer (Fractional)

Clera is seeking a fractional Product Designer to join our pre-seed AI recruiting startup. You will be the sole design voice, working directly with founders and engineers to shape a revolutionary product that redefines candidate-company connections. This role offers significant ownership and the opportunity to influence product direction from the ground up.

• Own end-to-end product design for candidate and company experiences
• Build and evolve a design system from scratch
• Conduct lightweight user research to identify friction points
• Shape product strategy alongside the founding team
• 5+ years of digital product design experience, with startup experience
• Deep fluency in Figma and experience building design systems
