Sr. Product Designer - Mobile

BambooHR is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the end-to-end design of their native mobile applications for iOS and Android. This hybrid role also involves contributing to the evolution of their design system, ensuring consistency and quality across products. The ideal candidate will have a strong product mindset, a mobile-first perspective, and experience with AI tools in design.

• Own end-to-end design of native mobile apps (iOS/Android)
• Define, test, and iterate on mobile interaction patterns
• Create high-quality visual UI aligned with platform conventions
• Lead user research for mobile design decisions
• Collaborate with engineers for pixel-perfect implementation
• Contribute to design system growth and governance
