As a Senior UX Designer focused on research, you will be instrumental in guiding product teams toward customer-centered decisions by uncovering user needs and behaviors. You will design and execute research studies, synthesize findings into actionable insights, and champion a user-centric approach within a dynamic, cross-functional environment. • Plan and conduct diverse user research studies, from discovery to usability testing
• Analyze research results and translate insights into actionable product and design decisions
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and developers in agile teams

• Over 5 years of experience in user research, ideally in agency and product environments
