About this role

Join a fast-paced team as a full-stack UX Designer focused on shaping customer experiences across digital health and e-commerce platforms. You will own the entire design process, from research and UX design to design systems and UI, for a hands-on individual contributor role. This position requires a scrappy mindset, strong judgment, and the ability to thrive in an environment with shifting priorities and context switching.

What we are looking for

Own end-to-end design process from research to high-fidelity UI
Design and optimize customer experiences for e-commerce and internal platforms
Plan and conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing
Contribute to and maintain design systems and components
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional partners
Minimum 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio
