Fullstack UX/UI Researchers/Designer - Applied & Agentic AI Systems

Roche is seeking a Senior Fullstack UX/UI Researcher & Designer to join their Applied AI function. This role focuses on merging user research and UI design to solve challenges presented by non-deterministic AI outputs, transforming machine learning data into intuitive human experiences. You will be instrumental in building user trust and bridging the gap between AI power and user value.

• Conduct user research and usability testing for AI-driven systems
• Design conversational, responsive, and dynamic AI interfaces
• Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes for AI applications
• Ensure accessibility and inclusivity in all designs
• Integrate LLMs and classical Machine Learning into user experiences
• Collaborate with agile teams on Generative AI and agentic AI initiatives
