Staff Product Designer

Boulevard is seeking a Staff Product Designer to lead design strategy and shape the product experience for their client platform. This role involves designing end-to-end user journeys, collaborating with product and engineering teams, and exploring AI's potential within the platform. The ideal candidate will have deep empathy for users, a strong understanding of the design process, and the ability to balance business goals with user experience.

• Lead design strategy in partnership with Product and Engineering
• Design end-to-end journeys, patterns, and frameworks
• Translate user needs into compelling product experiences
