UX Designer

As a UX Designer at Patagonia, you will shape complex digital experiences that align with our mission to save our home planet. You'll bring advanced design skills and product judgment to translate ambiguous needs into scalable design solutions, working across diverse product areas. This role requires strong cross-functional influence to build trusted relationships and guide teams through design decisions.

• Contribute to UX design strategy and execution from discovery through delivery
• Translate ambiguous user needs and business goals into clear experience strategies
• Define and evolve design approaches, frameworks, and interaction patterns
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction models
• Partner on user research, usability testing, and translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Communicate design rationale clearly to diverse stakeholders
