Lead, Capability Experience Designer (UX)

FIS is seeking a Lead Capability Experience Designer to create human-centered experiences that help colleagues build skills and adopt new behaviors. You will translate complex needs into intuitive designs, conduct research, prototype solutions, and leverage AI to enhance workflows and design AI-enabled experiences.

• Design human-centered capability experiences
• Translate business needs into experience journeys and workflows
• Conduct user research and prototype solutions
• Use AI tools to accelerate design processes
• Design AI-enabled experiences and human-plus-AI workflows
• Ensure experiences are accessible, inclusive, and consistent
