Principal UX Engineer

As a Principal UX Engineer at Baxter, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of healthcare technologies that save and sustain lives. You will collaborate closely with UX, development, and cross-functional teams to research, design, and implement innovative solutions for clinicians and patients. This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible difference in healthcare delivery, working independently with limited supervision in an Agile environment.

• Lead UX design and development for healthcare products
