Director Product Design - UX/UI

Lead the end-to-end digital product design vision for Tapestry's key e-commerce experiences, translating customer insights and business strategy into high-performing digital products. You will mentor a team of product designers while remaining hands-on, setting experience strategy, raising quality standards, and partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and business leadership.

• Lead UX and product design for major e-commerce journeys
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of product designers
• Set experience vision and translate business opportunities into design strategies
