Manager User Experience (UX) Research & Design

Lead and grow a multi-disciplinary UX Research & Design team to deliver exceptional user experiences across Amadeus Hospitality products. You will shape UX strategy, foster collaboration with product and engineering, and champion the professional development of your team members. This role is key to advancing UX maturity and ensuring user needs are central to our product direction.

• Guide UX strategy, research, and design practices for hospitality products
• Develop and mentor a team of UX designers and researchers
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders to influence product roadmaps
• Ensure high-quality design outcomes aligned with UX principles and accessibility standards
• Drive UX maturity and foster cross-functional collaboration
• Experience in SaaS environments and multi-platform ecosystems
