UX Designer, Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth (MCCY)

Join GovTech as a UX Designer to work on Singapore's national Volunteer Management System (VMS). You will design both public-facing and agency-facing experiences, conduct user research, and contribute to the design system. • Design public-facing volunteer engagement and agency-facing management interfaces
• Execute high-quality UI design, prototyping, and engineering handoff
• Conduct lightweight, ongoing user research and usability testing
• Co-own product design with a Senior UX Designer
• Maintain and contribute to the CCYC design system
• Communicate design decisions to product managers, engineers, and stakeholders
