Product Designer (Research)

Join BIMM as a Product Designer with a strong focus on user research to support a major client. This hybrid role requires 2 days per week in the Toronto office for local candidates or EST hours for remote candidates across Canada. You will conduct user research, synthesize findings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform product and design direction.

• Conduct end-to-end user research studies
• Synthesize research findings into actionable insights
• Create user flows, journey maps, and information architecture
• Collaborate with PMs, Developers, and QA on implementation
• Present designs and research findings to client stakeholders
• Manage multiple design requests and deadlines
