UX Product Research and Strategy Lead

Lead the strategic direction and research program for Citi's HR apps and systems, transforming employee experiences. You will own the research strategy, translate insights into a compelling experience strategy, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to define the product vision. This role requires a deep understanding of user needs and market trends to elevate everyday working moments.

• Define and evolve the experience north star with product, design, and business leadership
• Lead the development of experience strategy translating research into actionable direction
• Drive senior stakeholder alignment through workshops and strategy sessions
• Establish and lead a continuous research and discovery program
• Lead a wide variety of qualitative and quantitative UX research studies
• Mentor user researchers and designers to scale research capabilities
