Head Product Designer

Pump.co is seeking a Head Product Designer to own the end-to-end user experience of our platform, transforming complex cloud and AI spend data into a clean, simple, and actionable interface. This hybrid role involves close collaboration with founders and engineers, moving from user research to Figma to shipped code, leveraging AI coding tools to prototype and build.

• Own end-to-end product design for cloud and AI cost management platform
• Hybrid design and build role, working directly with founders and engineers
• Utilize AI coding tools like Claude and Cursor for prototyping and building
• High craft bar with a taste for clean, minimal design
• 5+ years of product design experience in a pre-Series B startup environment
• Proficiency in Figma, Lottie, Claude, Cursor, and other design/AI tools
