About this role
Join a client's U.S.-based Experience Strategy & Design Studio as a UX/CX Designer to build an internal AI experiences hub. You will design end-to-end user experiences from concept to prototype in a fast-paced, iterative environment, partnering with stakeholders and executives. Success means taking ambiguous problems and delivering high-quality design solutions with minimal oversight.
What we are looking for
6- Design end-to-end experiences for internal AI tools, from concept to working prototypes
- Apply user-centered design methods to frame problems and connect insights to design
- Create design artifacts including storyboards, wireframes, and journey maps
- Use and contribute to an established design system
- Present design direction to stakeholders, including executives
- 3+ years of hands-on UX/UI, product, or service design experience
