SS&C is seeking a Lead AI-Led Product Researcher & Designer to spearhead the AI transformation of their product research and design functions. This pivotal role involves architecting AI-enabled workflows, integrating AI into the design toolchain, and defining standards for AI-assisted research and design practices. The ideal candidate will lead the integration of AI across all layers of product discovery, design, and delivery, driving innovation and upskilling teams.

• Lead AI transformation of design and research practices
• Integrate AI into design toolchain, connecting Figma with AI models
• Define and implement AI-assisted research workflows
• Own and lead strategic direction of user, competitor, and market research
• Drive automation of repeatable design tasks through AI
• Establish and maintain a scalable, AI-augmented design system
