Art Director, Design - Ninja Heated & Cookware 

Lead creative development for Ninja's Heated Indoor & Outdoor and Cookware categories as an Art Director. This hands-on role involves owning design execution from concept to launch, translating product innovation into compelling visual narratives across packaging, digital, retail, and social touchpoints. You will also mentor designers and collaborate with copywriters to deliver high-impact storytelling.

• Lead design execution for major new product development programs
• Translate product innovation into compelling visual narratives
• Own end-to-end design delivery across packaging, retail, digital, and social
• Manage, mentor, and develop Senior Designers and Designers
• Deliver original design work, including packaging systems and visual identities
