About this role

Render is seeking a Staff Product Designer to lead the end-to-end design of Agent Experience (AX) for their cloud platform. This role involves designing the programmatic surface, human-agent handoffs, and trust/governance mechanisms for AI agents interacting with the platform. The ideal candidate will have strong craft in both programmatic interfaces (CLI, API, SDKs) and web UI to create a cohesive experience for developers and agents.

What we are looking for

Design the full programmatic interface including CLI, API, MCP, SDKs, Blueprints, and Skills
Own the interaction model and error language across all agent-facing surfaces
Design documentation as an agent-facing product for learning and operation
Develop a configuration-first onboarding path for programmatic deployment
Design dashboard surfaces for human review and supervision of agent work
Ensure a cohesive experience across human-agent interactions and trust mechanisms
