About this role

This role is responsible for shaping the product direction of a proprietary sourcing platform by conducting user research and translating insights into intuitive digital experiences. You will act as the 'voice of the user', ensuring development decisions are evidence-based and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centered software solutions, including those with machine learning and AI features.
