UX Lead (m/w/d)

Stage Entertainment is seeking a UX Lead to develop and manage their international design system, establish UX standards, and drive data-informed user experience optimizations. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer journey, particularly within their new e-commerce architecture, and identifying improvement areas through UX reviews and user research.

• Develop and manage international design system including components, interaction patterns, and accessibility standards
• Define and establish UX standards, processes, and best practices for consistent user experience
• Drive data-based UX optimizations in collaboration with Product Management, Development, CRO, Content, and Analytics
• Shape customer journey from show selection to ticket purchase within new e-commerce architecture
• Conduct UX reviews, audits, user research, and usability tests to identify optimization potential
• Advise and support local teams as the central UX point of contact
