Product Designer, Retirement

Gusto is seeking a Product Designer to join their Retirement team, focusing on creating a cohesive and high-trust financial experience for small business owners and their employees. You will partner with Product, Engineering, and Data to shape strategy, drive the design process, and improve user confidence and adoption of retirement products. This role emphasizes AI-accelerated design workflows and requires a collaborative individual with a growth mindset.
