Experience Designer

UMGC is seeking an Experience Designer to enhance the digital student experience through engagement initiatives. This role involves conducting research, designing solutions, and supporting implementation to improve student-facing experiences throughout their lifecycle. You will collaborate with stakeholders and technology teams to drive continuous improvement.

• Conduct user research and interviews to understand learner needs
• Support product and experience initiatives by gathering requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners
• Participate in discovery and research activities
• Monitor trends and conduct market research to enhance student experiences
• Analyze user feedback and performance metrics for data-informed recommendations
