Inizio Ignite is establishing a new Design Studio in Gurugram to support its global health and life sciences advisory teams. This role focuses on transforming complex strategic and commercial content into clear, persuasive client-facing materials like proposals, pitch decks, and case studies. You will collaborate with a global team, leverage design tools and AI, and contribute to building reusable design assets and efficient workflows.

• Design and redesign slides, proposals, and RFP materials for clarity and visual impact
• Apply Inizio Ignite brand standards and templates consistently
• Translate briefs and content into polished visual outputs
• Adapt existing materials for various audiences and contexts
• Create reusable design assets like slides, diagrams, and icons
• Own the quality of your work and contribute to studio standards
