About this role

Workday is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their AI lab, Sana, in Stockholm. You will drive the design of next-generation agentic-first experiences, defining how humans interact with autonomous AI. This role involves collaborating with a small team to build future experiences and ship high-quality products to over 75 million users.

Contribute to the overall design and vision for AI products
Design and ship high-quality products and features to 75M+ users
Help drive short term bets and contribute to long term strategy
Partner with Product and Engineering to balance technical constraints with user experiences
Contribute to our design system and help scale great design
Influence senior leadership and stakeholders with a clear vision for AI-native work
