About this role

Support Cambridge's User Experience and Product Design team in evolving and maintaining our enterprise design system. You will gain hands-on experience creating scalable UI components in Figma, while building practical skills in UI design, accessibility, collaboration, and systems thinking. Work alongside designers and engineers to help deliver consistent digital experiences across our products.

What we are looking for

Review and refine reusable UI components for improved usability and accessibility
Create and maintain enterprise-scale design system components in Figma
Support design system documentation and usage guidelines
Collaborate with designers and engineers on cohesive digital experiences
Utilize AI tools for design exploration and execution
Current undergraduate student in UX/UI Design, HCI, or related field
