Senior Designer

Lead Exclaimer's marketing design efforts as the in-house design lead, setting the visual standard across all brand touchpoints. This hands-on role involves creating campaign assets, paid ads, web designs, and event materials, while ensuring brand consistency and quality across internal and external creative outputs. You will leverage AI design tools and build reusable design systems to enhance speed and efficiency.

• Lead in-house design for marketing campaigns, ads, web, and events
• Own and maintain brand identity, templates, and guidelines
• Review and provide feedback on creative from agencies, freelancers, and AI
• Build reusable design systems and leverage AI design tools
• Design conversion-focused ads and landing pages with UX best practices
• Five+ years of B2B/SaaS design experience with expert Figma skills
