About this role

AXS is seeking a Product Designer to join their Carbonhouse team in Charlotte, NC. This role involves leading client website designs from concept to launch and maintaining a product lens to identify reusable patterns for their core platform. You will collaborate closely with developers and use AI-assisted tools to prototype and validate concepts.

What we are looking for

Lead end-to-end client projects from concept to launch
Serve clients while building reusable patterns for the product platform
Utilize AI-assisted tooling for prototyping and validation
Partner with development as a peer to ensure technical feasibility
Contribute to shared design systems and component libraries
Analyze user analytics to inform client work and product roadmap
