Director, Web Experience Design (Remote)

Lead the vision and design strategy for Cengage's web ecosystem, creating modern and compelling user experiences. You will mentor a design team, drive continuous improvement through data and experimentation, and advance ecommerce and conversion rates across the customer journey. This role focuses on building a culture of optimization and staying ahead of evolving web and design practices.
