Lead UX Designer

GoDaddy is seeking a Lead UX Designer to shape the future of their Hub experience. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to transform customer insights into intuitive solutions, mentor designers, and champion modern design practices, including AI. This hybrid role requires living within commuting distance of Belgrade.

• Design and deliver customer-centered experiences balancing user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, product managers, and researchers to shape product strategy
• Create scalable and accessible design solutions using design systems and systems thinking
• Prototype, test, and iterate rapidly using AI-enabled tools and validating concepts through research
• Lead complex initiatives from discovery through delivery, mentoring designers and driving outcomes
• 8+ years of experience designing customer-facing digital products with a strong portfolio
