AI Product Designer

Onebrief is seeking a Senior AI Product Designer to own the user experience for a product area within their AI-powered workflow software for military planning. This remote role requires quickly shipping impactful designs by translating user needs into intuitive interfaces, managing quality-vs-speed trade-offs, and building deep expertise in military planning workflows. You will evaluate and apply AI UX patterns, contribute to the design language, and document design intent for both human and agentic tools.

• Own UX definition for a product area, translating user goals into interface elements
• Manage quality vs. speed trade-offs for scope, articulating decisions clearly
• Build deep user and workflow expertise through direct research and mapping
• Own pattern decisions and contribute to the broader design language and system
• Evaluate and apply emerging AI UX patterns deliberately
• Combine traditional design foundations with AI-native workflows
