UX Product Designer

Citi is seeking a Mid-Level UX Product Designer to transform HR applications and systems, making them as intuitive as consumer apps. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to design digital products through all stages of the UX process, from ideation to high-fidelity design.

• Design intuitive and seamless employee experiences for HR apps
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
• Ensure designs follow best practices and accessibility standards (ADA/WCAG)
• Work with established Design Systems and AI-enabled design tools
• Contribute to the wider UX community of practice
