UX Designer - Marketing Technology

ON.energy is seeking a UX Designer to partner with the Marketing team to enhance the user experience of their public website, campaign pages, and internal applications. This role involves translating marketing goals and user needs into effective, accessible designs, and supporting these efforts with business analysis tasks like requirements gathering.

• Lead design of public website, landing and campaign pages
• Partner with Marketing on brand, content, and campaign execution
• Use analytics to recommend engagement and conversion improvements
• Extend brand into SharePoint, intranet sites, and internal applications
• Simplify complex processes through clear interface design
• Conduct user research, usability reviews, and journey mapping
