Sr. Staff Design Technologist

Kong is seeking a Sr. Staff Product Designer to lead their design system, defining and owning its visual and interaction language across the entire platform. This hands-on role involves setting the visual bar, building components, and ensuring consistent, beautiful implementation in customer-facing products.

• Define visual language for design system (color, type, spacing, motion)
• Set and maintain a high level of craft and polish
• Design and maintain page templates and layout patterns
• Partner with Design Technologist on prototyping and code workflows
• Enable the design team through guidance, critiques, and coaching
• Track and address drift between the system and shipped product
