Lead, Product Design

MoneyHero Group is seeking a Lead Product Designer to shape intuitive, high-performing financial product experiences across multiple markets. This fully remote role involves leading a small design team, leveraging AI tools to accelerate ideation and production, and collaborating with product managers and engineers to drive product strategy and execution.

• Lead and inspire a team of 2 Product Designers
• Design end-to-end product experiences from problem framing to UI
• Utilize AI copilots to ideate, generate flows, and accelerate production
• Collaborate with product managers to shape problem statements and requirements
• Own UX/UI for multiple markets and verticals including credit cards, loans, and insurance
• Apply and evolve the Figma design system for consistency and scalability
