• Design end-to-end experiences for AI products in tax, accounting, and finance
• Conduct customer discovery and UX research to understand complex professional workflows
• Rapidly prototype and test ideas, leveraging AI tools for efficiency
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, engineers, and subject matter experts
• Rethink how professionals interact with and trust AI in their daily work
